Hello Sandra, this is the instructions…
In a large mixing bowl add the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract and mix on medium speed until smooth.
Slowly pour in the heavy cream as you are mixing this.

I don’t understand, usually when you add liquid to cream cheese it goes all runny. Adding the heavy cream as is, doesn’t that make it impossible to work with? Or are you supposed to whip the cream until thick first?
Help me understand, don’t want to do it wrong!
