Hi Diane, This is the only Breakfast Cheese Danish we have had on the Blog. ~Blessings~

https://backroadsliving.com/recipes/cookies-n-candy/breakfast-cheese-danish-recipe/

Ingredients for: Breakfast Cheese Danish

2 cans ready to use refrigerated crescent rolls
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg white
Directions for: Breakfast Cheese Danish

Preheat oven to 350* degrees and grease a 13X9-inch baking pan. Lay a pack of crescent rolls in the pan and pinch the openings together. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg together until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crescent rolls evenly and then lay the second pack of crescent rolls on top of the cheese mixture and brush with egg white. Bake for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden brown. Top with glaze after cooling for 20 minutes.

Glaze:

1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 Tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Hi Gina, We feel like God put them here for a purpose as well as he did us! They may not speak the human language or be refined like the human race but we have been left in charge of them and we have a responsibility to God to take care of them! They have their own language and can communicate with each other fine and if we watch and listen they can convey their needs to us! People should never harm Gods creatures needlessly! I really don’t care for people who will harm an animal just because they can. I think it is cruel and I think the person is either cruel or does not understand the reality of what they are doing. I know in our area many people were raised to not show affection to animals and they were just an animal. I think sometimes younger people just don’t understand the cruelty they show when mistreating an animal or that they are actually being cruel! I don’t know..Oh well, I could go on and on! We love our critters here at Back Roads Living. Thank you for caring and for your heart warming comment!

I absolutely loves skunks, and yes they can be stinky, but they are adorable and were just needing a warm place to live. I am so thrilled you live trapped them and just moved them, unlike so many people who don’t care about animals and would just shoot or poison them.
I would love to know more about how that little kitten’s progress goes as times goes by. Do you plan to keep the kitty if it survives? It brought tears to my eyes reading about him. I have a love for cats that has been with me since childhood…my cats are my children, second of course to my 13 year old son, though! I have had cats my entire life, and they have never ceased to amaze me, and sometimes frustrate the living daylights out of me. I actually dumped a guy I was dating (about 15 years ago) because he and his best friend used to purposely swerve to hit a cat if they saw one on or even near a road. And they’d brag about it. The cruelty of humans towards animals is unbearable to me at times, and I have a hard time dealing with it. I am so thankful you were there to rescue this little kitty, who so desperately needed help. I certainly hope he survives and has a full and happy life. It’s so heart warming as well, to hear about your dog noticing something was wrong, and going over to comfort that poor little kitty. Animals are amazing, aren’t they?
