Hi Joanna, I do not know of a way to can it? It can be frozen up to approx. 6 months though. If you find something please let us know.

To freeze, measure desired amount of puree into zip-top freezer bags. … Frozen squash puree will keep in the freezer for up to 6 months. To thaw, place bag in the refrigerator overnight.
