This is the key to this fudge.
Instructions for: Easy Peanut Butter Fudge
3 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
3/4 cup butter
Combine the items above in a large kettle and bring to a boil. Boil, (stirring continually for 5 minutes and remove from heat). If you followed thiese directions give it an extra minute (6 minutes) of stirring before you remove it from the heat.

Let me know how it turns out.

Linsey, Nope, it doesn’t need to but it will not hurt to refrigerate. It might last longer but I doubt it. Our gets eaten in a couple of days!

Hi Fran, We usually just use a 9 x 13 or larger pan. It all depends on how thick you want your pieces. For thicker use a smaller pan for thinner use a larger pan. We us parchment paper in ours but some folks use Pam spray. I personally don’t use the spray on our Easy Peanut Butter Fudge. I like it without the spray on the bottom. Thank you so much for asking and following us.. Let us know how it turns out for you.

~Blessings~

It’s really a super rich desert, everyone all loved it! Takes a while to cool to reach a brownie consistency.
