I am going to share it with them. Thank you and God bless you.

He surely Fought the good fight, Finished the Race and Kept the faith. I clicked on this because I love the house sooo much in the ad then the first thing I saw was Fight the Good Fight and I knew I was at the right place! God Bless!

I am tired of worrying about being politically correct in all I say or do. Sin is sin in God’s eye. We – mankind – put various degrees on sin, in order to make ourselves feel better for our own sin. In ‘our’ eyes, murder is so much worse than gossip or rumors. But to God, spreading a rumor about someone is the same as murder….. SIN> One takes a physical life. The other can destroy the emotional, mental and sometimes even physical life. (teens that take their lives because of a rumor someone started on line about them…is one that comes to mind). If my words or actions cause another to fall and sin, then my sin is double. Pastors are not speaking of salvation or having alter calls for fear of offending someone. They have gotten away from speaking on hell, damnation, the Ten Commandments or explaining the difference between ‘loving your neighbor in a politically correct manner’ verses ‘loving your neighbor for who they are but hating the sin’. I have two friends who are gay. We do not agree on politics nor on their version of the bible on their chosen sexual partners. But there are so many other things that we believe alike on. We stand together in the fight for fair treatment of seniors and children. We stand on not allowing managers to play favorites. On schools trying to tell us that ketchup is a vegetable on the lunch menu. Etc. Etc. Those things we stand together and fight. On their sin, I can only pray for the Holy Spirit to open their eyes as I pray He opens my eyes on my sins. There is a fine line between speaking to someone about their sins without being judgmental. We must make sure that we are speaking in God’s perfect timing… with the covering and wisdom of the Holy Spirit … and for sure without judgment. It is up to God the Father to judge. It is up to the Holy Spirit to convict. And it is up to Jesus to woo them into His Kingdom. We are to point the way. Plant the seed. Water and possibly harvest. I can only work on myself so that I might walk in righteousness before the Lord and reflect His Light to those who’s lives cross my path. I can continue to learn to hear the slightest whisper of the Holy Spirit on when and what to speak to others. And continue to seek the pruning of the Lord on my own sins and to receive His healing . I can Pray. I can spend time in God’s Word. And time spent sitting quietly in His presence, soaking up all He has for me. And then speaking God’s Word as He leads… and as you said, .. allowing the Holy Spirit to handle any offense that may occur. My job is to seek the Lord and all He has for me. For as long as I am walking, listening and being obedient to what God is asking of me, then I can rest in faith that He will handle anything else that comes along…. even an offense. It might be that the offense is God’s way of opening the door for the Holy Spirit to convict, reveal the truth and heal. We most likely will never know. I can also trust, that if I am in tune with the Holy Spirit, and I speak out of line, then I too will be convicted, the truth of my heart revealed and I will be healed of my sin. Thank you again for sharing your heart. Blessings.
