I love them. What I do with mine, I can my own hot peppers, so when I fry mine I add a little hot peppers about 10 to 15 min. before they are done. Just enough for flavor. My kids will tear that pan of potatoes up. Happy frying friends

Hi Cheyrnnep, We love doing this with our fried potatoes and mixing beatup eggs in them as they are reheated. Scrambled eggs in the potatoes. They are delicious. Of course the potatoes need to heat up before adding the eggs. Thanks for your suggestion.

Heat up the left over potatoes and fry you a couple of eggs sunny side up. Mix the potatoes and fried eggs together. Soooo good!

Hi Judy, We also follow this tradition with leftover fried potatoes! We love them in scrambled eggs! Add a little onion or green peppers and what a delicious meal!

Thanks for following us.

If we had leftovers, which we usually would, she would pour eggs over them in the morning and serve them for breakfast. I continue the tradition. They taste so good.

With those two, we like to add onions, garlic, and a little bit of green peppers. Cuts down on the starch from the potatoes and still satisfies the hunger for potatoes.
