Tastes good even when modified! I added 3 tbspns of milk, 90 g of chopped walnuts and reduced the white sugar by a quarter cup.

I made one with equal parts almond and coconut flour. I added golden raisins as I was afraid of a dry cake. I cup of the raisens and half cup chopped pecans. My daughter cannot have flour. Came out great. However I found this method the cake had to wait about eight hrs before cutting.

When I bake a pound cake, I turn the cake out on a plate & then flip it back on another plate so that the crust is on top. This picture shows this which also shows nuts, so wouldn’t it be correct to put nuts on top of batter before putting in oven?!
