Ah, Spring is in the air! What a wonderful time of year. The birds Chirping, flowers blooming, trees budding, Children playing TICKSout side, and “TICKS” IT is not a pleasant thought but it is a reality! Ticks are already out and on the prowl on these pretty days!
The reason for this article is that I found a tick on me this morning. We worked outside yesterday but was not around any high weeds. You can get ticks from your pets or any place in a yard. It doesn’t take much to hide a tick! Time to start checking and read up on what to do and how to remove them and symptoms if you get sick after a tick bite.

Lyme disease, in particular, has attracted national attention and is now the number one arthropod-borne disease in the United States.
