How to do hard boiled eggs ( HARD BOILED)

This is a new way to do hard boiled eggs for me but I am going to try it

Eggs are a all natural and and high quality protein snack. Keep your mind going with this 70 calorie snack!

  • Arrange the eggs in a pot and completely cover with water.
  • Cover and bring to a boil.
  • Turn off heat and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Drain water and run cold water over eggs and peel!

Results: 12 hard boiled eggs to refrigerate for a snack instead of the high calorie and high fat snacks throughout the week.
