Banana Nut Bread Muffins Easy Recipe
Banana Nut Bread Muffins are a new way to make Banana Nut Bread for me. We have been eating Banana Nut Bread since I was a youngster. My mother has made this for years and I have her Homemade Recipe. Hers is all homemade and hand mixed. This recipe is different but still a good tasting recipe. Quicker and easier to make. We get lots of request for easy recipes. This is about as easy as Banana Nut Bread Muffins is going to get!

Ingredients for: Banana Nut Bread Muffins
- 2 – 12 Cup Muffin Pans or you can bake two batches
- 1 package Duncan Hines cake mix (White or yellow, your choice)
- 3 eggs,
- 1/3 cup of oil
- 3-4 over ripe bananas
- 1/2 Cup of Walnuts( Nuts of your choice or chocolate chips)
Directions for: Banana Nut Bread Muffins
- Spray pans with cooking spray of line with paper cups
- follow box directions and add bananas
- Add nuts or chocolate
- Bake at 325* for approx 12 – 15 minutes (ours took 12 minutes. Start checking around 10 minutes)
- When golden brown they are done.
