Vintage Kitchen Utensils

When I think about vintage kitchen utensils the first thing that comes to mind is my grandmothers old wooden spoon, aluminum water dipper and a few other items she used around the kitchen.

She was always stirring early and had breakfast ready before I got out of bed! The food would be piping hot and the tastiest I have ever eaten. Her apron was worn from the time she got out of bed until she turned in for the night! I guess all in all, it was probably her most useful tool in the kitchen!

As I was growing up my mother used one of these every year. We always raised hogs and in the fall we would slaughter them for the winters meat! My mother always made sausage using one of these grinders!
