
This is a wonderful way to finish up the evening. After a good Dinner you can put this together in about 5 – 10 minutes and then the baking time is approx 25 – 30 minutes. This is a very good Cobbler and I had to put Whipped Cream on mine! I have to say this was very good and the big cup of coffee just complimented it wonderfully. I am sure a big glass of milk would be great also!

Ingredients for E Z Home Made Peach Cobbler:
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Cup butter at room temperature
- 1 Cup self rising flour
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1 (15 oz) Can of Peaches

Directions for E Z Home Made Peach Cobbler:
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- In a 1 quart baking dish (I used a 2 quart dish) or 9 inch square pan, cream the sugar and butter util smooth.
- Mix in flour and milk and mix until smooth.
- Spoon Peaches and juice over mix.
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes in preheated oven, until golden brown! (Cooking time will vary depending on how much juice you use) We like lots of juice!
As you can see, we used a 8″ Cast Iron Skillet! A 9″ baking dish or pan works ok if you don’t have one of these!
