Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Fudge
This Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Fudge is adapted from our Easy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe. We are Peanut Butter and Chocolate lovers here at Back Roads Living! Give me peanut butter and chocolate and I am a happy camper. This is a very easy recipe and so good! Every one who has tried this has complimented it! Enjoy! 🙂

Ingredients for: Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Fudge
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup Evaporated Milk
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 – 7oz jar Marshmallow Cream
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 6oz Chocolate Chips (Approx half bag)
Directions for: Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Fudge
- Combine the Sugar, Evaporated Milk and Butter in a large kettle and bring to a boil. Boil, stirring continually for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
Add to: Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Fudge
- Add Marshmallow Cream, Peanut Butter and Vanilla and stir until blended add chocolate chips by sprinkling them over the mix, stir gently to mix in and pour in pan.
- Smooth out and run knife through to marbalize.
- Let set until firm and cut your fudge to serve!
