Sweet Cheese Pie

This Sweet Cheese Pie is a delicious thing. The pie is not difficult to make and it is baked without a crust. If you want a crust you can always add one. We have included how to do just that below. One of my favorite desserts of all time is anything Chocolate. The next best thing is anything dessert made with cream cheese so this is going to be something I will want to add to my recipe list and already have. Ingredients for: Sweet Cheese Pie

1 1/2 Packs or 12oz – softened to room temp cream cheese or neufchatel cheese
1/2 Cup ricotta cheese
2 – Tablespoon sour cream
1 – Tablespoon heavy cream
1/3 Cup sweetener (This recipe used Swerve, use your own choice)
2 – medium to large eggs, lightly beaten
1 – Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 Teaspoon. almond extract
1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon

NOTE: The cheese will caramelize and form a bottom crust, this will save on carbs and calories. If you want a bottom crust just add a cup of pecans or walnuts, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 2 Tbsp or sweetener or your choice, 2 Tbsp melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan. (This recipe calls for Swerve Sweetener, You can use your choice.)

Directions for: Sweet Cheese Pie

Spray a 9″ round cake pan or springform pan.
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Beat softened cream cheese and ricotta cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add sweetener, sour cream, cinnamon, vanilla, almond extract, and cream and beat until smooth.
Add eggs and beat only until smooth and incorporated. Do not overbeat the batter once the eggs are in.
Pour the batter into the greased pan.
Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until pie is just slightly jiggly in the middle and is lightly browned around the edges.
Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack at room temperature for about an hour.
Place into refrigerator to cool thoroughly.
Top with your favorite berry topping or topping of your choice.
