Easy drop biscuits
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 cup milk
- Melted butter (optional)
Stir just until combined.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper (brush tops with melted butter if desired.)
Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
I usually turn over gently for an additional 5 minutes to brown tops of biscuits

A simple and easy drop biscuit. This would be great with, eggs, bacon, sausage, jellies and jams of all kinds. Just a good fit with any meal in general!
