Reese Cup Peanut Butter Cheesecake

This Reese Cup Peanut Butter Cheesecake Recipe is so good and has such a luscious peanutty flavor.  This is another of those Peanut Butter desserts that peanut butter lovers are going to male over and over again. This is such a easy dessert to make. We have been a fan of the Reese Cup and Peanut Butter for our whole lives!  this is great!

 

Ingredients for: Reese Cup Peanut Butter Cheesecake

  • 1 Chocolate Cookie Pie Crust
  • 12 oz Cream Cheese softened to room temperature
  • 3/4 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter of your choice brand
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Reese Peanut Butter Cups chopped. (Miniature Reeses are good for this recipe)

Directions for: Reese Cup Peanut Butter Cheesecake

  1. In a medium bowl mix cream cheese and peanut butter until fluffy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth
  3. Stir in Reese Cup pieces
  4. Pour into crust
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. (Serve with Cool Whip if you like it.)

Note: You can soften your cream cheese in the microwave for 15 – 20 seconds if you need to.
