7 Up Bundt Cake Recipe

7 Up Cake
This 7 Up Bundt Cake is a very moist cake that can be eaten just as well without the icing. The cake is very good! The first time I ever heard of a 7 Up Bundt Cake I thought, really? 7 Up in a cake! Well, now I have run into Coke Cakes, etc. Oh well if it taste good try it!  

Ingredients for: 7 Up Bundt Cake

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¾ Cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Small Box Instant Lemon Pudding (4oz)
  • ¾ Cup 7 Up of other lemon lime drink of your choice.

Icing for: 7 Up Bundt Cake

  • 2 Cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of milk (1 makes it thicker 2 makes it thinner. Make it to your thickness of your opinion)

Directions for: 7 Up Bundt Cake

  1. Pre-Heat the oven to 325*
  2. Spray your Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray
  3. In a large bowl combine all the Ingredients for the cake and mix until mixed well. ( A couple of minutes should do)
  4. Pour into prepared Bundt Pan
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

Directions for Icing

  1. Put confectioners sugar in a small bowl
  2. Add lemon juice
  3. Add milk slowly and stir until desired consistency is reached
  4. The icing is a little tangy and adds a wonderful taste to this sweet cake
