Broccoli Casserole
This recipe is a simple but yet very tasty dish and I am sure you will love it as much as we do. It is fixed here at our house several times a year! Especially during the Holiday Seasons!
Ingredients for: Broccoli Casserole
- 9 x 13 baking dish
- 1 large bag of broccoli (Cook by bag directions)
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers
Directions for: Broccoli Casserole
- Drain Broccoli and spread out in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish evenly
- Mix rest of ingredients until well blended and pour over broccoli
- Crush Ritz crackers and cover top of dish. It may not take the entire sleeve crush a few at a time until you get the texture you want. If you are like me and love the cracker taste, use the entire sleeve!
- Bake @ 375° for 20 -25 minutes.
Note: If you like your top brown put in broiler for a couple of minutes. Watch close so as not to burn the crackers!
