This recipe is a simple but yet very tasty dish and I am sure you will love it as much as we do. It is fixed here at our house several times a year! Especially during the Holiday Seasons!

Ingredients for: Broccoli Casserole

  • 9 x 13 baking dish
  • 1 large bag of broccoli (Cook by bag directions)
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers

Directions for: Broccoli Casserole

  1. Drain Broccoli and spread out in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish evenly
  2. Mix rest of ingredients until well blended and pour over broccoli
  3. Crush Ritz crackers and cover top of dish. It may not take the entire sleeve crush a few at a time until you get the texture you want. If you are like me and love the cracker taste, use the entire sleeve!
  4. Bake @ 375° for 20 -25 minutes.

Note: If you like your top brown put in broiler for a couple of minutes. Watch close so as not to burn the crackers!
