Bake Cake in a 9 x 13 inch pan according to box directions. This cake can be made from scratch also. “Homemade Yellow Cake Mix”.
Allow cake to cool just a little but while still warm poke holes with a wooden spoon handle! (It is easier to poke holes when warm)
Make your pudding according to directions. (Use a whisk or your Kitchen Aid Mixer.)

When the pudding starts to set pour over the cake. Don’t let the pudding get too stiff it needs to run down into the holes.
Set in refrigerator for around 20 minutes to let the pudding set.

Remove and add your chocolate frosting.
Put back into the refrigerator until frosting sets.
Serve with a smile!
