Almond Joy Cake

Almond Joy Cake W/Coconut Frosting

I have always loved Almond Joy Candy Bars! Remember, Almond Joy has nuts, Mounds don’t.  Because, sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don’t!

Well, for this Almond Joy Cake Recipe, you need to feel like a nut!  We are using Almonds and decorating with Almond Joy candy Bars and sweetened coconut!  Yes, my kind of cake, nutty and sweet!  This is one of those cakes that a big cup of coffee will go a long way with.  Yes, you can drink milk with it and it taste wonderful but coffee and these flavors just go together like two peas in a pod!

Almond Joy has long been one of my favorite candy bars as it has coconut and nuts in it.  The primary reason though is it is a chocolate covered candy bar!  I love anything chocolate!  Milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, etc..  I just love chocolate!  I guess that is why this cake is so appealing to me!

Kitchen Items you will need:
