
I know, We all are so ready for Spring and Summer so we can drag out the grill and start barbecuing in the yards and patios! Everything we can think of will get barbecued this year again I am sure! I though I would share a few items we can fix inside and enjoy the sweet and saucy taste of barbecue sauce before it is grilling time!
These Potato wedges can be made in the oven!

Ingredients for: Barbecue Fries
3 small to medium Potatoes
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp Pepper
Directions for: Barbecue Fries
Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges, approx 8-10 wedges.
Mix Olive Oil and Pepper and then toss wedges in mix.
Place on a foil lined baking pan and roast for approx 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are golden and tender!
Dip: Sour cream and a little of your barbecue sauce for a tangy flavor!

More Uses for Barbecue Sauce inside!
Breakfast:
Beat eggs with barbecue sauce(use 1 tbsp for every 2 eggs) before scrambling.
Veggie Topping:
Mix barbecue sauce with butter to top corn, green beans, peas, etc.
Sandwich Spread:
Mix equal parts of barbecue sauce with mayonnaise.
Cole Slaw Dressing:
Whisk together 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp orange juice and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Mac N Cheese:
Stir 1/2 cup barbecue sauce into macaroni and cheese sauce before tossing with the pasta.
Meat Loaf:
Use barbecue sauce instead of ketchup for glaze.
