Barbecue Potato Wedges

I know, We all are so ready for Spring and Summer so we can drag out the grill and start barbecuing in the yards and patios! Everything we can think of will get barbecued this year again I am sure! I though I would share a few items we can fix inside and enjoy the sweet and saucy taste of barbecue sauce before it is grilling time!

These Potato wedges can be made in the oven!

Ingredients for: Barbecue Fries

3 small to medium Potatoes

3 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp Pepper

Directions for: Barbecue Fries

Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges, approx 8-10 wedges.

Mix Olive Oil and Pepper and then toss wedges in mix.

Place on a foil lined baking pan and roast for approx 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are golden and tender!

Dip: Sour cream and a little of your barbecue sauce for a tangy flavor!
