Chicken and Noodle Casserole


We love Casseroles here on the Back Roads and good for us there are lots of them out there. This Chicken and Noodle Casserole is just one of many that we like!

There are lots of different brands of ingredients out there and we recommend you use your favorite! This chicken and Noodle Casserole will be just as good using one or the other! This is about as easy as it gets!

Ingredients for: Chicken and Noodle Casserole Recipe

  • 1 Can Cream or Mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz) You cans use low sodium or fat free also.
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 Cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 2 Cups medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 Cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions for: Chicken and Noodle Casserole Recipe

  1. Pre-Heat oven to 400*
  2. Add all ingredients except Cheddar Cheese and thoroughly mix in 1 1/2 Quart Casserole Dish
  3. Put in oven and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through and stir
  4. Top with cheddar cheese and serve warm
