Chocolate Mousse Pie Diabetic

This Diabetic Chocolate Mousse Pie is going to become a steady for your recipe box and friends who are diabetic. If you are looking for a special dessert to serve at a celebration, this will satisfy your sweet tooth and fill ya up too! Enjoy!

Ingredients for: a Diabetes Chocolate Mousse Pie

  • 1 9-inch prepackaged pie crust
  • 11.4-ounce package of sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 2/3 cups fat-free milk
  • 18-ounce container of fat-free whipped topping, divided
  • 2 tablespoons mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (I love chocolate chips) 🙂

Directions for a Diabetes Chocolate Mousse Pie:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake your pie crust according to package directions. Remove from oven and cool thoroughly.
  2. Whisk pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl, . Fold half (4 ounces) of the whipped topping into pudding mixture and fold until fully blended.
  3. Spread pudding mixture into pie crust and top with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips.
