Cheesecake Chocolate Swirl1

  Here is a new twist on an old standby. This Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake is so easy to make and it will be loved by all. This comes together in about 20 minutes and then refrigerate until set..It is sooooo good! We make a cheesecake like this Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake pretty often around here because it is so easy to do!

Ingredients for: Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust (can make your own or use a bought one)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled, not lemon extract)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 Bottle of Hershey’s syrup or you personal favorite.

Directions for: Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake

  1. Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until softened.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  3. Slowly add condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla, beating until smooth.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Now, the secret ingredient! Use Hershey’s Syrup, (Yes, the kind the kids make chocolate milk with). Drip onto top of cake in one inch circles and slice with a knife. You can make designs if you wish! 🙂
  6. Chill at least 3 hours until firm and then top with cherry pie filling.

Note: The syrup works better after the cake has been in the refrigerator for an hour or so.
