Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.  Keep a check some ovens bake quicker than others.  Insert a toothpick into center of the cake to test doneness.  If toothpick comes out clean cake is done.

1 Stick Butter

3 Tbs Milk

2 Tbsp Cocoa

1./2 Tsp Vanilla

Boil for 5 minutes

Add at least 1/2 of the confectioners sugar and stir.  Add until icing is texture you desire for spreading.
