Here is an easy homemade chili recipe we have been making for years. This is about as inexpensive as you can make it using Brooks Chili Beans. As you can see, we like a little cheese with our Homemade Chili.  This is a regular dish at out place. We fix it many times per year and are never dissatisfied with it! Good beans make good chili! 🙂

  3. Add Sauce
  4. Add Paste
  5. Turn heat on kettle and bring to a boil
  6. While chili is heating you can brown Ground Beef or Chuck in skillet until done, drain grease
  7. Add Chili powder and heat for a couple more minutes stirring to mix powder good.
  8. Add meat to kettle turn down heat and let simmer for around 15 minutes.
  9. Add salt or seasoning to taste.

Note: This recipe is so diversified that it can be made so many different ways!
We add onions chopped and fried with the hamburger. You can also add Green Red, peppers, etc sauteed in with hamburger.

You can add 1/2 – 3/4 can of beer to the water to make a great tasting Chili.
There are tons of ways to make this but this is the least expensive way we have found. You can keep it cheaper by substituting different brands of chili beans.
