We love no bake cakes, cookies, and pretty much any kind of treat! These No Bake Buckeye Bars are no exception! They are very easy to make and if you like peanut butter and chocolate you are going to love these!
Nope, they are not like the famous Reese Cups but I am as fond of them as I am Reese. We have made no bake peanut butter pies and sometimes I will add a little chocolate on top for an extra punch of taste!
Chocolate and peanut butter just can’t be beat! The combination is delicious!
Some folks use oatmeal in this recipe but we do not! You are going to like this a lot!

1- 12oz Bag of Chocolate Chips.
Prepare Graham Cracker crust:
Mix melted butter, sugar and ground graham crackers in a bowl and press into a 10 x 15 inch pan. (If you want to lift this out before cutting use parchment paper and all to over lap edges on two sides.)
Mix Confectioners sugar, peanut butter, margarine, brown sugar, and vanilla in a pretty Mason Cash Bowl. (Any bowl will do. These are just so pretty!)
Press peanut butter mixture on top of the graham cracker crust in your pan lined with parchment paper.
Using a double broiler or microwave, melt your chocolate.
Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter mix
Allow to cool completely or you can refrigerate for a half hour before cutting.
