Sweet Potato Pudding

 Making Sweet Potato Pudding.

Sweet Potato Pudding has been around for many many years! Just like so many other sweet potato recipes, it is a keeper! Many of these recipes are made around the Holidays but in my opinion they are a good dessert for any time of year! This recipe comes from the backroads of kentucky. Put together right here in Knox County Kentucky!

One of our favorite recipes for sweet potatoes has to be the “Sweet Potato Casserole”

A good bowl filled with your favorite warm Sweet Potato dessert is hard to beat. These wonderful desserts just melt in your mouth. Come on in and lets get started. Get your cooking and baking needs together and lets bake this delicious dessert!

Ingredients for: Sweet Potato Pudding

  • 3 Cups Mashed Sweet Potatoes
    1 Cup Granulated Sugar
    2 Eggs (We use Farm Fresh, Grocery store eggs are fine)
    1/2 Stick Butter (Melted)
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    1 Tsp Vanilla
    1 Tsp Cinnamon

Topping for: Sweet Potato Pudding

Directions for: Sweet Potato Pudding

  1. Mix the first ingredients together and add to a casserole bowl Mix the topping and add to top of first mix
    Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
    Remove, let cool a little and serve.
