HOME BAKED ZUCCHINI BREAD RECIPE

This Home Baked Zucchini Bread is delicious! As you probably know, here at Back Roads Living we like Zucchini and Squash.
We have for many years grown garden produce and this is one of the many recipes we have enjoyed over the years! Green Fried Tomatoes, Baked Zucchini, Cooked Cabbage, etc! There are just so many recipes to share!

Ingredients for Home Baked Zucchini Bread Recipe
- 2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 3 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1 Tsp Grated Lemon Peel (Optional)
- 2 Cups Grated Zucchini
- Chopped Walnuts or Pecans(Optional)
- 2 Loaf Pans or Bundt Pan

Directions for Home Baked Zucchini Bread Recipe
(See Note)
- Mix all wet ingredients thoroughly
- Mix all dry ingredients thoroughly
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together thoroughly
- Note, Add nuts and zucchini last.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350* for between 50 – 60 minutes.
- When toothpick or butter knife inserted comes out dry bread is done.
