ROAST BEEF SLOW COOKER RECIPE

Roast Beef and Vegetables are a favorite of mine. I have always loved slow cooked Roast Beef! The slow cooker makes it so tender and juicy! Add these Roasted Garlic Vegetable Recipe and you have a wonderful meal. Just try not to eat it all at one setting! 🙂

You can use Roast Beef or Chuck Roast for a wonderful and moist taste.

Ingredients for: ROAST BEEF SLOW COOKER RECIPE

  • 1 (4 or 5 pound) chuck roast. (We like boneless boneless)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Only if you like it hot! optional)

Directions for: ROAST BEEF SLOW COOKER RECIPE

  1. Put Roast in Crock Pot
  2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together until sauce is well blended and smooth.
  3. Pour over roast in crockpot.
  4. Cook on high for 4 or 5 hours or low for seven to eight hours.
  5. Serve as main dish with sauce drizzled over meat.
  6. Serve with our Roasted Garlic Vegetables

Note: If you bake this in the oven, cook on 350 degrees for approximately 2 hours until roast is cooked to your satisfaction. Just cook until what ever degree of doneness you prefer.
