Tilapia Fish Served Cajun Style 1

 This is a recipe that you can use pretty much any kind of fish you want. We used the Tilapia Fried Fish and served it Cajun style.

We like it baked, fried, broiled, etc! I am a seafood lover and will eat it just about any way you fix it! This recipe is lightly breaded and delicious!

 This Tilapia Fried Fish Served Cajun Style recipe is so easy that anyone can do it!

Ingredients for: Tilapia Fried Fish Served Cajun Style

  • Skinless fish filet
  • All purpose flour and some seasoning such as (Cajun or Creole!) (You can use any seasoning you like! I use lemon pepper also!)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon Wedges for garnishing

Directions for: Tilapia Fried Fish Served Cajun Style

  1. Mix your seasoning with your flour (I was out of flour and used corn meal)
  2. Coat your filet on the darker side with a mixture of the flour seasoning.
  3. Heat your skillet and lay your fillet flour side down in the skillet
  4. Fry covered just until each filet begins to flake easily when tested with a fork at the thickest part
  5. This is usually around 4-5 minutes depending on the thickness od your fish. (I turned mine. I like it seared a little on the side with no flour. )
  6. Garnish wit ht he lemon wedges. Squeeze a little lemon juice on them, it is good that way too!
  7. Serve warm.
